AI photobooth for events, expos and brand activations

Guests step up, take a photo and walk away with something worth sharing: an AI portrait, a word-art print, a moving GIF or a branded card. The brand walks away with consented contacts and a count of every session.

What an AI photobooth does at an event

An AI photobooth turns a guest photo into a branded output in seconds. The guest gets a portrait, card or short clip on their phone (and on paper if you want prints). The brand gets something more useful than a crowd photo: how many people took part, when the booth was busiest, and the contacts of guests who agreed to hear from you.

It works at exhibition stands, launches, mall atriums, dealer meets and conferences, and it fits in a small footprint compared with most interactive installs.

Formats we have run

  • AI selfie avatar: a photo becomes an illustrated portrait with a QR code to download it, built for an experience van.
  • Live AI avatar wall: guests' AI portraits fill a large screen in real time at a conference.
  • 3D GIF photobooth: a mirror room at an auto expo where guests leave with a moving, branded GIF instead of a still.
  • Word-art portrait: the photo is redrawn from the brand's own words and printed at the counter as a keepsake.
  • AI look preview: guests see an AI before-and-after of the product's result, used for a grooming brand.
  • Pledge photobooth: photo plus pledge in, certificate out, used on an energy-expo stand.

All of these are on the credentials deck.

Lead capture and consent

Every format can ask for a name, mobile number or email before delivering the output, with a clear consent line. Numbers can be verified by OTP. The data goes to a dashboard the agency can open during the event and export the same night, so follow-up does not wait for a spreadsheet from the floor team.

Branding, prompts and output control

Frames, colours, prompts and backgrounds are set to the campaign before the event. For AI outputs we lock the style and test it on a range of faces, skin tones and group photos so every guest gets a result the brand is happy to see shared. Outputs can carry a campaign hashtag or a link back to the brand's page.

Space, power and network

A single-camera AI booth needs roughly a 2 × 2 m footprint, a stable power point and a network connection; mirror rooms and print stations need more. We confirm power, height and Wi-Fi or LAN during recce, and plan an offline fallback so the queue keeps moving if the venue network drops.

AI photobooth or interactive wall?

A photobooth gives every guest a personal, shareable output and is the stronger choice when the goal is social reach and contacts. An interactive wall handles more people at once and works better for dwell time and play. Many stands run both: the wall draws the crowd and the booth captures the lead. Our guide on walls vs photobooths goes deeper.

Delivery across India

The same booth software runs at one venue or many. For multi-city programmes, each site reports into one dashboard so the brand sees totals and city-by-city numbers while the campaign is running.

How a session runs on the floor

A host invites the guest in, the booth shows a short preview, and the photo is taken with a countdown. While the AI output renders, the guest enters their details and consent on a tablet or their own phone. The output arrives by QR, WhatsApp or email within seconds, and prints if the brand wants a physical keepsake. A good booth keeps each session short so the queue moves, and the host can switch to a faster format if the crowd builds.

After the event the brand receives the session count by hour, the share and download numbers, and the consented contact list, all from the same dashboard the agency watched during the show.

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI photobooth?

A camera booth that uses AI to turn a guest photo into a styled portrait, card or clip in seconds, delivered to the guest's phone and optionally printed, while logging sessions and consented contacts for the brand.

Can the AI photobooth capture leads?

Yes. Guests can enter a name and number (with optional OTP verification) and consent before receiving their output. Contacts appear on a live dashboard and can be exported the same day.

How much space does an AI photobooth need?

A single-camera booth works in about 2 × 2 m with one power point and a network connection. Mirror rooms and print stations need more space; we confirm it during recce.

Does it work without internet?

We plan an offline fallback for every booth so sessions continue if the venue network drops, then sync when the connection returns.

Can you match our brand style?

Yes. Prompts, frames, colours and backgrounds are set for the campaign and tested on a range of faces and group photos before the event.

Do you run AI photobooths outside Mumbai?

Yes. Clogik is based in Navi Mumbai and delivers across India, including multi-city programmes on one dashboard.

Can guests get prints as well as digital copies?

Yes. Outputs can be printed on site as cards or keepsakes, alongside a digital copy by QR, WhatsApp or email.

How long does each AI photobooth session take?

Usually under a minute from photo to delivery, depending on the format. We tune each setup so the queue keeps moving.
