Clogik · Campaign enablement

Campaign enablement when the brief needs people on ground.

Sampling, societies, malls, and BTL teams when the brief needs people on site—all on the same recce and reporting stack as our games, walls, and registration work. Clogik's core work stays tech on the floor.

Every enablement programme can plug into recce, field reporting, and data collection—so societies and malls are not black boxes.

Agencies white-label Clogik for execution; brands can run direct when there is no agency on the account.

What campaign enablement means at Clogik

Campaign enablement is the people side of a campaign: promoters, supervisors, vans, stalls, and the logistics that put a brand in front of its audience. Clogik is an experiential technology partner first, so every enablement programme comes with the systems most field teams lack—recce before go-live, an app for the field team, and a live dashboard for the brand.

That combination is the point. People on ground create the contact; the technology proves it happened and turns it into data the marketing team can use.

Formats we run

  • Housing society, mall, retail, and event product sampling
  • Door-to-door and route-based drives in defined localities
  • Van and canter activity in villages and small towns
  • Dealer, mechanic, and trade meets
  • Awareness drives in urban and rural districts
  • Brand activations with games, walls, or photo experiences

How an enablement programme runs

  1. Brief. Objective, audience, geography, dates, and what success looks like.
  2. Recce. Venues and routes checked for access, permissions, power, and footfall.
  3. Plan. Team size, routes, stock, and daily targets agreed with the brand or agency.
  4. Brief the field team. Product story, script, data fields, and consent wording.
  5. Go-live. GPS check-ins, live data capture, and geo-tagged photos from every location.
  6. Correct daily. Issues and weak locations are flagged and fixed while the campaign runs.
  7. Report. City and district summaries, exports, and recommendations for the next wave.

Proof the brand can check

Enablement budgets are often questioned because the evidence arrives late and loose. Clogik field teams report in an app: attendance by GPS, time-stamped photos tied to each location, leads and responses with consent, and issues raised the same day. Field staff tracking runs on Proofield, and brands and agencies see one live dashboard, with an Excel export for reports and billing.

Planning checklist

  • Objective: trial, awareness, leads, or feedback
  • Cities, districts, venues, or routes in scope
  • Format and dates, including permissions owner
  • Data fields, consent wording, and OTP needs
  • Who sees the dashboard and how often

When to choose something else

If the brief is pure manpower supply with no reporting or technology, a staffing vendor may be simpler. If the goal is engagement at an expo or launch, start with exhibition tech, event games, or an AI photobooth. Campaign enablement fits best when people on ground and proof of execution both matter.

City coverage

Enablement runs across India from Navi Mumbai HQ—Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, and more. See the city markets directory for local context.

Frequently asked questions

What is campaign enablement?

Campaign enablement is the on-ground execution of a marketing campaign: sampling, activations, van drives, and field teams, delivered with the planning, logistics, and reporting needed to show what happened at each location.

How is Clogik's campaign enablement different from a manpower agency?

Clogik runs field teams on its own technology: recce before go-live, a field app with GPS check-ins and geo-tagged photos, consented data capture, and a live dashboard. The brand gets proof and data, not just headcount.

Which campaign enablement services does Clogik offer?

Product sampling in societies, malls, retail, and events; door-to-door and route-based drives; van and canter activity; dealer and mechanic meets; awareness drives; and brand activations with games, walls, or photo experiences.

Does Clogik run campaign enablement in rural areas?

Yes. Clogik has run rural programmes including GIC awareness activations in rural districts, the CNHI tractor van with live village lead capture, and the Manipal Cigna canter activity in Tamil Nadu, using an offline promoter app.

How do brands see what the field team did?

Through a live dashboard showing attendance, locations covered, geo-tagged photos, leads, and issues by city, district, and promoter, with an Excel export for reports and billing.

Can agencies white-label Clogik for enablement?

Yes. Agencies bring Clogik in for execution on their accounts, and the reporting dashboard can be shared with the client under the agency's branding.

Which cities does Clogik cover?

Clogik plans from CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai and runs campaign enablement across India, including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and rural districts, based on the brief.

How do I start a campaign enablement brief?
